At Vipra Denmed, we are committed to providing high-quality services that help our clients achieve their business goals. We understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary, and this policy outlines how we handle such requests.
1. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of digital services and products we offer, refunds are provided under limited circumstances. Please refer to the following terms:
Digital Services (e.g., website design, AI tools, branding, and marketing services):
- Once the service has commenced, refunds are not provided, except in cases where specific deliverables have not been met according to the service agreement.
- If you are not satisfied with a service, we will offer revisions or adjustments within the scope of the project to ensure your satisfaction.
Consultation and Strategy Sessions:
- Payments for consultation sessions are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
Ongoing Subscription Services:
- For services billed on a subscription basis (e.g., social media management, SEO services), cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle begins. No refunds will be issued for previous billing cycles.
Exceptions:
- Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully rendered, delivered, or accepted.
- Any payment disputes or claims should be made in writing, and we will work to resolve the issue within 30 days.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that project requirements or circumstances may change. Please review our cancellation terms:
Project-Based Services:
- If a project is canceled before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
- If a project is canceled after work has commenced, a partial refund may be provided, depending on the scope of work already completed. The refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the project delivered.
- In cases where the project is near completion, no refund will be provided, but revisions or modifications may be offered to ensure your satisfaction.
Ongoing Services:
- For services such as social media management, SEO, or AI tools that are provided on an ongoing basis, you may cancel by providing a 30-day notice. No refunds will be issued for work already performed within the billing cycle.
- Cancellations will take effect for the next billing cycle.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
For Refunds:
- To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@vipradenmed.com with the reason for your request and any supporting documentation.
- We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 14 business days.
For Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to info@vipradenmed.com or via our contact form on the website. Please include details of the service and the reason for cancellation.
- Once the cancellation request is received, we will confirm and provide details on any applicable refunds or outstanding charges.
